Minneapolis Library Remains Open

The Minneapolis Library is still open for business during its normal hours. Rumors have circulated to the contrary, BUT are definitely not accurate. The Library has made some adjustments due to COVID-19. The Library is limiting the number of patrons to 12 at a time and they may spend only an hour at a time. Per Ottawa County Resolution 20-25, face masks are required and as stipulated in the Resolution, masks must cover the nose and mouth.
