Jennifer Cleveland, Director
Jennifer grew up in Salina where she and family raised, trained, and showed horses. She and her husband Donnie moved to Minneapolis in the late 90’s and they raised their three children here. Jennifer worked for the Ottawa County Conservation District as the District Manager for 18 years before taking over for the retiring director at the Minneapolis Public Library in July 2022. She is a member of the Osage tribe and takes part in political and cultural activities. She is also an avid reader and typically finishes over a hundred books a year. Her favorites are fantasy and historical biographies.

Julie Wrape, Assistant Director and Youth Services Director
Julie Moved to Minneapolis with her husband Armin, upon his acceptance as a pastor of a local church in January 2022. Julie has lived in Costa Rica, Spain, Germany, and various places in the United States. Since the 7th grade she has desired to work in a library and got her first opportunity while getting her BA in Earth Science from the University of North Carolina Charlotte through the work study program. She home-schooled her two sons from 1st to 12th grade and has worked as a private school teacher and personal tutor. She lies the out of doors and different outdoor activities, as well as reading a good book. She enjoys helping others to learn and grow in their potentials. She is excited to be in Minneapolis and at the Minneapolis Public Library.

Mattison Main and Koyer Hauk are both seniors at Minneapolis High school and began working for the library in August 2022. They look forward to assisting you.
