The library offers programming and workshops for adults.  Please check the Calendar of Events page to see a current list of planned programming. Please note that some sessions may require an RSVP, so we can estimate the amount of seating and supplies needed.

Authors and Guest Speakers

From time to time, the library invites authors and guest speakers to give presentations at the library. Authors often sell copies of their books and give autographs to those in attendance. Some past lecturers have been Rod Beemer, Gary Kraisinger, Don Wagner, and Ron Parks.

Technology

The library periodically offers technology classes for patrons. Workshops have included Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and other technology tools.

Check with the library or the Calendar of Events for specific workshops and skill levels.

Crafts and skill-based workshops

The library also offers crafting and skill-based workshops. These programs vary by topic and presenter. Check with the library of Calendar of Events for  a list of upcoming workshops.  A past workshop involved beginning woodcarving.
